Dell 7560 New laptop Audio is not working
Hi Team,
We had purchase new laptop on yesterday at local Dell store, And after that, we found it's audio is not working fine, and still, we have not checked any another hardware test, this might be the not good machine.
You guys can give us new laptop instant of this machine.

Hello Pratik. If you want to exchange it for a different unit, you must contact Dell Support. Click on the link, then on the next page, scroll down to the bottom and click on the arrow next to "United States". That will open a menu of other counties. Select your country from the list.

Dell does not have local stores. There are retail stores that buy our product in bulk and then resell them. You should take the Inspiron 15-7560 back to the retail store and ask them to troubleshoot the audio issue. Or, contact Dell Support for your country and troubleshoot the audio issue. We will not simply give anyone a system exchange. You must first troubleshoot the audio issue. Reinstall the audio driver (Audio_Driver_177VG_WN32_6.0.1.7989_A03.EXE), reboot, and retest.
