DELL AccessDirect registry setting

I am having a problem after trying to clean out my registry. I cannot go pass an error I get on my Ispiron 4000. says I need to re install the Access Direct stuff. I bought this Laptop used and I don't have any disks. What can I do? It seems to have disabled my Touch pad and Mouse.
