Dell Docking station doesn't recognize mouse & Keyboard
I am using a Dell precision M4800 W7 64 bit and Dell Pro 3x docking station
I hibernate my computer every night.
When I place my computer on the dock in the morning, the secondary monitor, power and network connection are recognized immediately, but the mouse and keyboard are a different story.
Pretty much every day it will take 2-3 minutes minimum for the K&M to work, but the other days they will not work at all and I have to remove the laptop from the dock, wait a moment, then re-dock for the K&M to work a few minutes later.
Any ideas? This is beyond annoying, and defeating of the purpose of a dock. I should be able to dock and go.

Figured out part of the problem: When I pushed the power button to hibernate, I was closing the lid before the hibernation finished, basically putting it into sleep mode halfway through the hibernation process. I don't know exactly what this did to the system or which function took precedence; did it sleep or hibernate?
Now that I began waiting for hibernate to complete, my mouse and keyboard are recognized as soon as I dock and come back up, just like they should.
