Dell E7470 - McAfee Endpoint Encryption, No boot disk"Error: 0xe002001b

Hello,

We just received this new laptop (Dell E7470 ) We can image( Win 7) with MDT. I updateed the drivers also updated to latest bios. McAffee endpoint installed 7.1.1.454. once we reboot the system we getting the following error:

McAfee Endpoint Encryption, No boot disk"Error: 0xe002001b.  

I see this was also an issue with  with the Dell E7250/E7450 and a bios update resolved this issue in this post;

we are also having this exact issue with our 7470 and 7270 laptops and we had the issue with the 7450 and 7250's which as stated was resolved with a bios update.

any chance of a fix dell?

The Dell Latitude E7270 and E7470 are Skylake based systems.  McAfee has issued a hotfix for Drive Encryption 7.1.3, which adds support for Skylake systems.
