Dell Inspiron 1545 - Advanced Format 4K Sector Hard Drives
I have a dell inspiron 1545 and today it's hard drive is crashed and I am unable to boot it now. I want to replace the hard disk with anew one. After going through forum I found out that 1545 uses 5400 RPM HDD and maximum 500 GB.
I am interested in replacing with a Advanced Format 4K Sector Hard Drives.
Can you tell me if this type of HDD are supported on Inspiron 1545, if so which HDD I should buy?

Any standard 2.5" 9.5 mm SATA notebook drive will work with the system. So will most 7 mm SSDs, but they may require an adapter to properly mount the drive.
