Dell Support Center setup?

hi to all. I have Dell Inspiron 17R 7720 SE laptop and I'm trying to install Dell Support Center. I downloaded the aulauncher.exe and tried to install it.

but when I run the installer I get this: CONFLICTS PRESENTED WITH DIGITAL SIGNATURE RULE TAKEN

 

please someone post a link here for the full setup installer of Dell Support Center so I can install it to my laptop.

PB28,

Please do the following:

  1. In Windows explorer, navigate to %APPDATA%\PCDr\Update
  2. Delete the Rules folder
  3. Delete the Binaries folder
  4. Open your internet browser and navigate to http://www.dell.com/mydell and click the download link at the top of the page to download and run the latest installer.  

Please let me know if you still run into issues.

I have upgraded my harddrive and made a clean installation of win 8.1 Pro x64, i managed to install other drivers but dell support center failed, i tried using the aulancher.exe but it failed to connect to the internet because of my proxy settings, so i was wondering if there was an offline installer because i want to use PC Doctor capabilites in Dell Support Centre to check my hardware, if the aulancher.exe app had a way for me to enter proxy settings and my passwords so that it can connect to my network could have been useful, Pls any1 ma laptop is misbehaving and i want to diagnose wether its a Hardware problem or maybe its jus the softwares and drivers i have installed?
