Hello. Try this. It's for turning off system beeps. I think it will turn off the POST beeps.
1. Open the Device Manager. 2. In the View menu at the top, click “Show hidden devices”. 3. Scroll down to “Non-Plug and Play Drivers” and expand (click the + sign). 4. Double click “Beep”. 5. Click the “Driver Tab” and change “Startup Type” to “Disabled”. 6. Restart.
So I'm not concerned so far why it still beeps
Until the issue with the laptop is resolved, I would be extra careful to keep a separate backup of all data.
The only way to silence the beeps is to fix the underlying cause - if changing the battery didn't do it, it's the clock chip that's bad and the mainboard will need to be replaced.

Hi jovan.meshkov,
Thank you for writing to Dell Community Forum.
The beeps indicate an issue with the hardware. Please run the on-board diagnostics and capture any error message or code you get.
Please click my DELL-username and send me a Private Message with the Dell Service Tag number and your email address.
