Hi maarja112,

If using Windows 7 OS, please update the display driver from Here. Follow the onscreen instructions and restart the computer when prompted.

You may try to use the monitor at its optimal resolution i.e. 2560 x 1440 at 60 Hz.

If the issue persists, you may follow the steps given Here for changing the scaling options.

Hope this helps. Please reply if you have any further questions.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. I updated the driver..did nothing. When I use maximum resolution I can fill the screen from top to bottom but not from left to right. Also I can´t find any scaling options like in the link that you gave me. All I have is Screen position and size and I can move it a bit to the right or left. Still very confused :S

Hi maarja112,

You may use the buttons on monitor to change the monitor display settings. Refer to the screenshot below :

You may try different options in Wide Mode and see if it helps.

For changing monitor settings you may refer to monitor manual Here.

If the issue persists, please share the type of connection being used between system and monitor (DVI/VGA/HDMI)

Please reply with the findings. I would be glad to help you.

Hi! I had tried using the settings of the monitor before but had my laptop settings the way they were. Now when I changed my laptop resolution to maximum and changed the aspect ratio from monitor it finally works!!! Thank you!
