dual monitor and ssd on Inspiron 15-7573

Hi,

Does anyone know if Inspiron 15-7573 supports two external monitor? I see it has a HDMI and a USB-C/DP port, from its Setup and Specifications pdf, it states the usb-c can be used as a DP port with an adapter. you can find this file here:

also, i see this laptop has two HDD slots, a normal SATA port and a M.2 port. Can I put a linux on the M.2 drive while keep a windows 10 copy on SATA drive?
