E Port Plus
We have a E Port Plus docking station and it was causing one monitor to flicker really bad. After switching monitors, it followed, changed laptops it followed. I got Dell to send out a replacement but this new one is continuing to do the same thing. Any Ideas?

Hello,
As the dock is changed but the issue continues, so the next thing to suspect is the port on system.
Could you please try updating BIOS and observe.

The BIOS is current. Is there a different firmware that we are able to get of the Dell page?

Hello,
There is no other firmware.
Just curious to know , are we using the Dell charger? Does the issue happens irrespective of whether on battery or ac adapter?
Please do provide us the system tag# via PM
