enable all windows features in control panel in windows 7?

Question

I had a thought in mind. can i enable all the windows feature in control panel. So that i don't have to enable when i need it. Wil it slow down my computer?

dell xps 15z

500 GB hdd

6 GB ram

i5 - 2410 2.30 GHz

Windows 7 Home premium.

When you open control panel in windows 7, and then click on programs, under 'Program And Features' there is a option called  'TURN WINDOWS FEATURES ON OR OFF' . When you open this you can see a list of features which you can turn on or off. I was just wondering if i enable all the features then will the computer slow down?
