If the system is in warranty, call Dell with the error and they'll replace the drive.
If it's out of warranty, you will need a new 2.5" 7- or 9.5 mm SATA notebook drive. Once that's replaced, everything needs to be reloaded -- if you didn't make a set of recovery media when you received the system, you will need to call Dell to purchase that.

Any computer shop will have a replacement drive - there are three manufacturers of these left: WD, Seagate and Toshiba. Take your pick; I've had better experience with WD and Seagate.
You will need to do a complete reload of the operating system when you replace the drive. When you first turned the system on, you were prompted to prepare a set of discs or a flash drive with the recovery files on it -- if you have those, you're all set. If you did not do this, you will need to contact Dell to purchase a set of recovery media. In the US, this presently costs $40 and comes on a USB flash drive. You'll need to contact Dell UK for details on the purchase of the recovery media.

First, run a full diagnostic on the drive - F12 at powerup.
If you need further assistance we'll need to know what model system you have -- not 15R, etc. but the four-digit model number (Inspiron 5521, etc.). If you don't know, look at the boot screen (press F2 at powerup to access it).

Unfortunately the system is out of warranty, otherwise I would have called them. Could you tell me where can I find a trustworthy such a drive, considering I live in London? And also , what do you mean to purchase a set of recovery media? I am sorry for my ignorance but this made me to post here this questions.
Thanks and regards...
