Extract INP file using Dell Backup and Restore

Dear Dell,

I performed a backup restore my laptop to manufacturing settings using Dell Backup and Restore Software and the backup file now is in my external drive. But now, I can not extract the backup file to my computer and in my External Drive is full of INP files and some XML files. How can I extract those files to recover my data?
Note: backup files are not system files, only personal files like videos and images, music.
