Help Display is back at 16 Colors!

Okay, I was trying to install a cd-rom and the next thing I know the latitude cs running windows me is rebooting. All of a sudden, it says that it has found new hardware, but is only displaying 16 colors. I go to the downloads here and I have no idea which one to pick out for the display drivers. I also can't get on the internet so I would have to download it to my desk pc and transfer it over. I do not see a display driver installed and when I try to install one, my laptop does not like it.

Any help would be appreciated. I have run anti-virus and my system came out clean.

Anybody have any ideas?
