Inspiron 1501 unknown device

Hi all, I have a newish (2 months) inspiron 1501 laptop, and I recently formatted it and installed XP Pro onto it. I've been able to install most of the drivers for it, but there is just one remaining I cannot work out. Here is an image from device manager:

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this is? I have sporadic problems when shutting down the laptop, it will endlessly cycle the 'windows is shutting down' dialog after successfully logging off and completing all shutdown procedures, and I suspect this is related. Thanks in advance.

thanks, that was just the ticket. I didn't install them initially because they said for Vista32 only -- but when I tried just then they installed without problem and the unregonised item has dissappeared. Thanks again :)
