Inspiron 3721 Script Error
Just re-installed software for my sewing machine from Husqvarna Viking. When I try to get to the Configure page, I'm getting the following and this is ONLY on this application--no others:

What is that and how do I get around it? I installed the software in the order (7 modules). Can't register the system since I can't get to the configure page. I paid $700 for this software and I need it to work. Making $$ with sewing machine! Running Windows 8.
Also tried updating to 8.1 and when I go to the Store app it says I am not connected to the internet (but I am). useless app.

If you have McAfee (or another security suite enabled) - disable it temporarily. That may be blocking you from installing Windows 8.1 (and could be the cause of the other problem). If that doesn't help, contact the software supplier directly.

I apologize if I sound really dumb, but my brain is about fried right now. I have Norton 360--how do I disable it temporarily? It's probably something very easy but it's just not coming to me right now.

To disable it temporarily, right-click the Norton icon in the system tray, an then select "Disable Auto-Protect" and "Disable Smart Firewall." If you do not see the problem after disabling these features, please let me know. I can help you to fix it.
