Inspiron 6000 LCD blurry..(pic)

i plugged my notebook into an external monitor and it worked...but the screen is still blurry...look at the pics...





Do i need a new LCD or could it be something else??

umm..the problem is.. i have no picture on my notebook. but once i plug my notebook into an external monitor..it works...so it must be my LCD screen...right?

It looks like the resolution and/or refresh rate for the LCD are set wrong.  Using the external monitor, try changing the resolution to the default in the video properties.  Be sure to check the box labeled "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display"
