Intel Management Engine interface stops working after waking up from sleep

When my laptop go into sleep mode (I have Intel Rapid Start Technology enabled) and wakes up the Intel Management Engine interface stops working (in device manager). I tried setting the Intel Rapid start timer more or less the the sleep time in windows power options setting the same. After restart it works normally. I have Windows 10 with all latest drivers installed. It was the same situation when I had the windows 8.1. Inspiron 14z (5423, Mid 2012)
