Laptop backpacks

I have a Targus laptop backpack and I love it, it has all kinds of space and pockets and it was a fairly good price.

I too, have a Targus. It has a soft padded pocket for the notebook, outside and side pockets and the straps are contoured and so comfortable, I hardly know I'm wearing it. There is even a cell phone pouch on the shoulder strap. It's especially ideal for anyone who bicycles.

YES! Highly recommended.

Do you recommend a specific model which can take the Inspiron 8600?

I have this Targus model. It fits my 8600 perfectly and is very comfortable. It's large enough to fit my laptop and a couple texbooks.

This is the backpack i have. The colors on mine are not as bright. More of a burnt yellow and black. It was between this one and the Targus Matrix which i really liked. In the end it came down to "would i possibly use all the pockets on the Matrix to justify the greater expense?

Answer is no.

The Motion Systems OP backpack is well built and extremely well padded. There are a ton of pockets. It is about $15-$20 cheaper than the Matrix(at least this model).

I am not a student so i use mine for carting my I8600 to LAN gaming events and when i am traveling. I can get all the games i want, headphones, extra battery, mouse, DVDs, surge protectors, etc to all fit with ease.

I purchased mine at Circuit City.

I have the Targus Sport Delux packpack also and love it a lot more than others I've seen .. The Dell 15.4" screened laptops fit in it just fine .. Very well made and very comfortable to wear ..
