anyone tell me what this laptop has for processor memory etc i have chance of getting it for a trade wondering whats in it

Google the model for general specs, but that won't tell you what the computer actually has. Ask the owner what specific specs the machine has. Computers can be configured differently and used computers can be stripped or upgraded.

Intel® Pentium® M Processor, 1.3 GHz or faster depending on original configuration.
Standard memory 128 MB, max memory 2 GB, so no telling what it has. It uses 3.3-V DDR SDRAM modules -- 2 slots so max is 1 GB per slot.
Take a look at the documentation. Look at "Specifications" in the User's Guide.
