Latitude E6410 Fingerprint Reader not working

Unable to get the fingerprint reader working. This device used to work just a few weeks ago but I was forced to reinstall Windows (7, 64-bit) and I can't get it up again. Thought I installed all software from Dell related to this computer but apparently not. No issues listed in the Device Manager. Control Vault listed as installed in Device Manger (see screenshot below). Connection Manager and Security Manager installed, though the System Manager installer keeps saying that a newer version is already installed so this one cannot be. I don't see System Manager in the Start menu but do see the other two unless it's not labeled that but just Dell ControlPoint, then I do have that. Not sure what else to do. Any ideas?
