lcd bleed through inspiron 4000
Help! My inspiron 4000 has a blue color bleeding through any pictures or graphics on the lcd. Is the lcd shot?

Try hooking up to an external monitor and see if you get the same colour problems. If the external monitor is okay, you may be right, and your LCD may be going bad. If the external monitor is the same, it may be a settings issue, or your video card could be the culprit.
Have you tried making adjustments to the colour options, under Advanced Display Properties?

Works fine with external monitor, I have loaded new drivers, removed and reattached the screen, checked all settings and still get the bleed through. Unfortunately this happened 2 months after warranty ran out, so I guess I am left having to buy a new screen. Thanks for the help!
