LCD replacement

Hi there ! I've got LCD of my DELL I8000 broken (mechanically) - I still can see picture in the 'broken mirror'.. I wonder:

1) Is it hard to replace it manually at home

2) If so where can I buy new LCD UXGA (or if Black Diamond suites I8000) ???

3) How much roughly could DELL charge me for such a replcement ??

Thanks a million.

To _nob

1) not if you are handy with a screwdriver.  Download the Removing and Replacing Parts Manual from Dell website at http://docs.us.dell.com/docs/systems/plav/remove.htm#1024986

2) occasionally available on Ebay $200-$300

3) you really don't want to know - 2 to 3 times what it is worth!
