live net connection with cable auto shuts off wireless

I’m looking for a program similar to IBM’s access connections that will automatically shut off your wireless adapter when it senses that you have made an active net connection with a cable and of course vice versa, when the net cable is unplugged, the wireless adapter turns on. Any thoughts? Latitude d630
