My keyboard is stuck in the 'function' (bluekey) mode..........

Question

My keyboard is stuck in the 'function' (bluekey) mode.......... ........and I cant get it out. So I only get numbers (bluekeys) out of the right side of the keybord unless I hold the function key down. What is the command to fix it??? Its an old Dell Inspiron 5000 running Windows XP Pro.  If I plug in a outboard keyboard, it works okay.  I'm sure its just a toggle issue, but I cant figure it out.   Thanks!!!

Not familiar with your model, but my Inspiron kb has a F Lock toggle key by the Print Screen key in the upper right, top row. Look  all over the kb for F Lock.

i'm having the same problem. only i have a dell inspiron 1501 running vista.
