New Dell inspiron 5559 plugged in not charging...

brand new corei5 6200u inspiron 5550 is not charging....

plug off battery and replaced not solved

update bios not solved

any one knows how to solve >>>

I am having the same issue, and I am left with "87% and charging" notes. I updated my bios, and drivers, but it did not work. Can anyone help me out with this???

Dell inspiron 5559 i5 6th gen bought from a Dell Exclusive Store  called Bright Sun Computers in Kochi only yesterday night, developed the same battery / charger problem "Plugged in not charging"  After some time the laptop turned off .

Before this happened the laptop also restarted 3 times giving  error " Phase 1 initialization failed" 

Can I get the Laptop replaced or returned for refund?
