No B to type..prolems

I was having a similar problem but my keyboard was switching keys on me...e.g. y pushed backspace and backspace pushed y. We just popped the keyboard out, tapped the dust out (there was a lot, even though I'm very careful with my computer!) and put it back in. Problem fixed. There are pictures and instructions on the Dell website on how to take the keyboard out. You might want to try that before paying for a new keyboard.
