No "bluetooth devices" option in control panel

I have an inspiron 9200 with windows XP home edition. I have a working ligitech bluetooth and keyboard with a USB bluetooth card. My mouse and keyboard work by just pluging in the bluetooth card. There is no option in the control panel to control the card. I want to add a phone and a printer, but i think i need the "bluetooth devices" option in the control panel.

I think you need to install this:

I thought you were talking about an internal bluetooth device.
In that case, normally, you only need to install the drivers from the manufacturer of the bluetooth device and keyboard, for WinXP.
If you've already did that, try it on another machine with winXP, to see if the devices are OK.

i tried to install the driver from the link you gave me, but it didn't work. It said it did not detect the bluetooth card. I think that driver was for an internal card, mine is from logitech and i plug it in to the USB port.
