Please help!!! Looking to send in alienware17 with warranty on it

My alienware 17 has had a lot of problems over the last 6 or so months. A lot of them are probably traced to the motherboard. Overall the total quality of the computer has gone down the drain and im finding myself fixing it more than I am actually using it. I have a next business day support warranty on it and would really like to just send it in and get a new laptop. How do I do that? From my understanding, when I bought the warranty, I was told that I could send in my laptop and have techs assess it and do what was needed to be done. Can someone please instruct me how to do this? I paid 400 dollars for this warranty and would like to get something out of it.
