Problem with the Intel Smart Sound Technology Audio Controller
Hi, all
I have an XPS 13 9365 2-in-1 that I JUST bought in September.
My laptop suddenly became silent when I was dragging the progress bar while watching a video. I checked the play bac devices and found no devices in the list.
I checked the device manager and found there was something wrong with the Intel smart sound technology audio controller.
I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it but this does not work.
Can someone please help me with it?

This is mostly just for information but I don't have any experience with your Jabra Call Control HID Enumerator. You have checked its compatibility or any updates for it?
