Random BSOD keeps appearing on the new Alienware 13

I bought an Alienware 13 laptop recently (less than 1 month old), and replaced the hard drive with a SSD (Samsung 850 EVO 1TB SSD). I think it had BSOD once on the first hard drive, but several time on the new SSD. It usually have BSOD: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED/ UNEXPECTED KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED from ntoskrnl.exe (+1509A0).
I've tried sfc/ scannow and there wasn't anything wrong. I've tried Dell's full system scan and all the ram, CPU, SSD, GPU and everything passed the test and working fine but I still keep getting BSOD from ntoskrnl (KMODE...).
I've also tried re-installed Windows 8.1 from the OS drive Dell's gave and still get BSOD (KMODE...).
I've tried re-installed on "Update and Recovery" from Windows 8.1's PC setting and still getting the same BSOD and ndis.sys or bwcw8x64(I suspect this was clashing with Killer Bandwidth).
After 5~6 re-installing and resetting, I've used AlienRespawn to reset everything; this time I get 'IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" from ntoskrnl.exe and hal.dll( This is probably when I was downloading something using torrent).
At first the BSOD usually came when I was installing stuff into laptop but usually happens randomly(sometime even when I was doing nothing.)
I've tried using automatic troubleshooting but it said there was nothing wrong. I have the lastest update from Windows 8.1, and lastest SSD firmware from Samsung; All of my system test passed but I still get BSOD. I didn't even touch on CPU for overclocking. I have no idea what is going on.... I really need help on this one.
