S-Video Capture

Hello, I have an Inspiron 5100. There is a s-video port on the back and I can get to display the screen onto the TV using an s-video to rca adapter. I was wondering if I could capture video from the VCR or something into the built-in s-video port on the back. I've looked around for programs, and they need capture drivers, i've looked for drivers, and they say they need "video capture cards". Is it possible for me to capture using that port? thank you

p.s. when i use my s-video port for output, windows explorer is very very blury, but when i play a movie it acually looks pretty good. i'm played around for a while in all the settings with no success. is that just how it is? or can it be fixed.

cprox,

A few posts down the problem is addressed. The s-video is output only.

Rgrs,

Ben
