SBC YAHOO DSL SOFTWARE

I had the same issues with installing the Yahoo DSL software as it will download from either the CD or the internet and then after rebooting my Insp 6000 it will cause an error and not boot up. After my initial frustration with this and numerous factory restore, a Dell rep made me reboot to the last known good configuration and this took care of the problem. The Yahoo software will work from then on. Can't figure out why though the initial boot after install will do this. I could not get SBC Tech Support to help as they didn't understand what was going on and only said that it must be Dell's problem with their software. Just in Case anyone is interested. Recently I had to reinstall the software again and had the same issue. I just rebooted into the last known good config and everything is fine.
