The 3, e, d & c keys not working on a Dell Inspiron 1370

​Hi​

​Can anyone help me with the following problem:​

​The 3, e, d & c keys are not working on my Dell Inspiron 1370. The 3 & e keys work fine when used with the function key. All 4 keys work fine with the shift key. I have checked the keyboard drivers and these are up to date and cleaned the keyboard. Can anyone help?​
