Venue11Pro - No batteries found - Error Code 2000-0131
Hi Supporting,
The tablet doesn't work. i don't find any battery here either, not sure what's happening though I got the tablet plugged in. Can you please have a look and advise?

Hi Patrick,
With that error code you'll be looking at needing to get a replacement battery.
You mention that "The tablet doesn't work". Is the battery problem the only issue or is there something else wrong with the Venue?
