Vostra1500 S-Video Out to S-Video In on TV

Manual doesn't address 7-pin to 4-pin difference. Do I just go somewhere to buy an adapter?

I see all of the text about adapting to RCA or R-G-B, but the manual never mentions that the receiving TV S-Video input is not the same as the PC S-Video output. Is there a simple cable that handles this adaptation?
