Why are there so many differences between ordering Alienware in Canada compared to the US?

I recently ordered an Alienware M15x from the Canadian Dell website, mostly because I live in Canada. I want to know why there are so many more options for the US customers made available, when ordering. There are more processor options, video card options, memory options, hard drive options and even software options available. Some of the options are truly cosmetic, such as the Customized Nameplate, but how can you call it customized if you take that option away? For the Canadian customers, you get a Standard (Customized ) Nameplate. The US website states: Personalized Plate Every Alienware M15x comes standard with a laser etched "Alienware M15x" nameplate Customize yours by typing your full name nickname, or handle in the box below. There are other differences from the two websites as well, besides the custom ordering options. If I want a detailed view, like the 360' view, I need to go to Dell.com, or straight to Alienware.com. You would figure that the advertising for the same product would be the same from Canada to US, at least. Do Canadian customers get the same options available to the US customers? Can Canadian customers have the options made available? If not, then can Canadian customers order from the US? Dell.com doesn't have the shipping options available, the last time I checked.

Anybody can help? I'm still concerned about it, It's very long now, Here is also the same case.
