Last week I had ask about turning on/off wireless capabilities...I have a Dell 1501 laptop. Still haven't figured it out, just figured out how to get back here!
Use the (fn + f2) key. This will activate and de-activate both wireless and BT.You might also try opening the BT control panel and in the settings tab, make sure the "Turn off bluetooth adapter" is UN-checked,do the same for the wireless card. Also open Quickset and click the networking tab at top. Then click the "radio control" tab on the left.Click "Advanced" tab>Make sure "All the radios">"Bluetooth">"Wireless".and if you have it"Broadband",are checked.
