WWAN + GPS at the same time?

Hi to all. I have a question about my Dell Inspiron Mini 10 (1012). I use Windows 7 (x86), and everything works just great. Only problem is when I insert SIM card. GPS device just stop working. When i eject SIM, GPS gets back online. Is there any way for my SIM card to stay in laptop and my GPS to work with it? Is there any switch to select what i want to use? I couldn't find it anywhere. Also, is there a way to get internet from SIM card to help GPS for locating or whatever? Here is a few screenshots...
