XPS 12Q23 - touchscreen HS
Hello, I'm Sandy. I'm french.
Can someone please help. I can't use my touchscreen on my PC DELL XPS type 9Q23 (DELL HW0PYW1)
The harddisk is HS. in France, i can't get the factory system driver.
who could have the restore factory system drivers and send to me

Remove the service tag by editing your post. That's not allowed.
Not sure what factory system driver means, but all your drivers are available for download from Dell Drivers and Downloads at the Dell Support site.

French drivers are not available anymore for this comcomputer.
I would like to download drivers from US if it is possible ?
