Hi wwilliford,
This system has diagnostics indicators. Please check the status of the caps lock, num lock and scroll lock lights. They would blink in a sequence. Please share the sequence; will take it further.

There are no blinking lights. Only the number lock stays lit.

Hi wwilliford,
If only the num lock key is lit and the rest are not blinking, then it does not indicate anything, You may try to re-seat the memory modules of the computer and check. You may refer to the Service Manual http://bit.ly/162ZC78. Please ensure to follow safety instructions.
