Can't change screen resolution after reinstalling XP

Hi,

I've tried to reinstall Windows XP on an old Latitude 100L. It seems to have worked fine except for the screen resolution, which is stuck at the lowest level and can't be moved. I think this must be to do with the drivers but I'm out of my depth when it comes to specifics.

Can anyone help?

There is a set of drivers you now need to install, starting with the Dell notebook system software and chipset drivers.

Thank you, but I can't find all of those drivers (at least with those names) on the 'Drivers and Downloads' page.

Thank you - the screen resolution is back to normal. :)

However, the audio is still not working, Could you possibly point me towards the right driver for that?

Also, when I try to play DVDs I get a message saying 'there is no compatible DVD decoder installed'. Is this another driver issue or simply a matter of finding the right program?

Finally, do I need to install the other drivers listed on the document in your original reply?

Thank you again for all your help.
