Connection to Bluetooth device Fails! - XPS M1330
Dear Technician;
I have a DELL XPS M1330 laptop. I’ve reinstalled my Windows 7 Ultimate in about a week. I’ve also installed the latest version of all my drivers and updated my Windows completely. But there is a problem that still remains; I cannot connect to my Bluetooth mouse. I worked with my mouse in windows 7 with no problem before I reinstall my windows, but now after my new installation it does not pair to my laptop any more.
Note that I can send and receive files to my mobile phone with no problems. I have installed new fresh batteries in my mouse and updated laptop Bluetooth driver and reinstalled it several times, but the problem remains.
My driver info is like the following pictures:
When I want to pair my mouse I see the following screen and wait a long time. But nothing happens. The circle still turns round and round even when I turn off laptop’s Bluetooth and mouse device both! It does not go to next steps. Note that I’ve paired my mobile phone to my computer successfully.
I’ve attached the pictures I saw about this issue.
Please help me to solve this problem.
