2in1 doesnt boot into windows when turned off in tablet mode

For the longest time, I couldnt figure out what was the thing that made my notebook not boot into windows, but now I believe I found it out. When I turn off my Dell Latitude 7310 while it is in tablet mode, afterwards when I try to turn it on, the laptop shows Dell logo with a throbber, but when it is supposed to show the Windows 11 login screen, then it shutdowns. I tried all sfc scans, everything with bootrec, completely reinstalling windows, everything and now I am desperate. Doesnt anyone here know what to do?
