If you use windows 10, you should go to windows update, open hidden update, then use Cypress UCM Client.

Thanks so much for the link. Not a Dell system, but a custom build with Asus Prime z590-p. I downloaded all drivers and still couldn't figure this out.

Hi, I had the same problem, i installed the driver "conector USB Cypress (UcmCx)" date of 09/feb/2017
