F3 will only suppress the error - - it will not fix the problem.
One of three things is bad:
The AC adapter plug,
The DC input jack,
or the charge circuit on the system board.
If the system is in warranty, call Dell. If not, try a new OEM adapter first. If that isn't recognized, replace the DC input jack. And if that doesn't get the adapter recognized, replace the mainboard.
