AMD Radeon R7 M370 "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)"

I recently bought a secondhand Latitude E5570 without a HDD (ex-business, so paranoid about data security). Installed an SSD and installed Windows 10. But I'm having a couple of issues...

Looking at the device manager, I can see both display adapters:

Intel HD Graphics 530

AMD Radeon R7 M370

It seems that the AMD is not working correctly - there is a small yellow triangle with a black exclamation mark beside it, and when I double click on the device then the I get the error mentioned in the device properties window tells me that "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)"

I'm running the current driver:

27.20.1034.6

...which Device Manager claims "the best driver for your device is already installed".

Obviously, it's out of warranty, which is why I'm here begging for advice... Is this a driver issue, or is this some other conflict? Can anyone help me to resolve this, please?
