audio/video drivers

Question

Computer – Dell E6430

O/S – Windows 10 Pro 64bit, version 20H2, O/S build 19042.1645

I can’t determine which of the system management/system utilities

downloads are the audio and video drivers.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Mary, thank you for your efforts.

I did visit the Dell support site you suggested. None of those downloads references an audio

driver for an E6430 running Windows 10. According to what I have read, there is no Dell audio

driver because Dell never officially supported an E6430 using Windows 10. I have tried different

audio drivers, but the audio has never been as loud as it was previously.

I purchased my E6430 second-hand about 2014. It came equipped with Windows 10. My search

for a functioning audio driver began when that original hard drive recently crashed and I created a

new Windows 10 hard drive. I am attempting to at least partially restore the original hard drive to

a functioning state and locate a suitable audio driver.
