Bad keyboard, no WiFi

Trued the get the back light on the keys to stay on longer then 12 seconds.  Called support the support person had me fiddle with I few things. Then the keypad did not work. After 15 calls and over 12 hours of phone time, now won’t connect to the internet. 3rd type cover and still not working.  I can’t get my work done and Dell doesn’t care.  12 hours send it in they say how can I work when they have the machine for 2weeks.  How do they get away with such poor service.  2900.00 dollars of machine just taking space.
