Battery capacity and health dropping from 70% to 51% after too many battery sudden drops

When I use this laptop that came from the school's, the battery health was at 70% on September 12, 2021. Now, when using it on October 5, 2022, the battery health dropped to 60%. Because of too many sudden drops, when at 15, 20, 30, 40, or 50%, the battery suddenly drops to 7% and it may hibernate in a few minutes. The battery capacity also dropped from 47,042 mWh to 33,999 mWh after using it from September 12, 2021 to today. Any solutions on how to get the battery capacity and health back to 66,600 mWh and 100%?
